Initiate Your Request
Log into your PolyJumps account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all components and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
